In our community, everyone will have the ability to meet their basic needs. Financial stability will be promoted for families and individuals alike.  This includes addressing the obstacles that people face in getting and retaining employment.  Mobilizing organizations to create opportunities and services that lead to stable lives strengthens the financial self-sufficiency of families and individuals. 
 
1.    Ensuring access to food and shelter during times of need; and,
2.    Providing opportunities to seek alternative housing options to those who need them; supporting people to live in affordable housing.
3.    Increasing capacity by providing support so that people have the training, life skills, well-being and assistance that they need to work.
4.    Providing education that encourages financial stability such as retirement planning, debt eradication, savings, credit management, ect…
5.    Promoting an attitude of responsibility and self-sufficiency towards money and income
Making sure that families and individuals have the additional support they need in place if employment alone does not allow them to maintain their household financially.
